My husband and I have been building the Quixtar business for 11 years. We are currently Platinums in the business. The proposed changes would make such a negative impact on the newest IBO entering the business that it would be very hard for someone to make money the 1st or even some the 2nd month in the business. Our goal is to get income into the hands of the newest person the 1st month. With the proposed changes there is too much that the new person would have to learn in order to start sponsoring. Quixtar has such high standards as a corporation that I don't believe government intervention is the answer. If a new IBO wants his money back he can get it for at least the 1st six months. That gives him time to do all of the things that you are proposing, but it also gives us the chance to get money flowing back into his pocket. Our goal( and I can speak for the entire Winters Team) in this business is to help people create income. With all the jobs that are going to other countries, and the lack of jobs(especially in our area), for many people this is there only alternative for income. More government regulation would only further hinder the ability to create income in America. I feel that this legislation is just a way to take away more of our rights as citizens.
