To Whom It May Concer; I feel that the laws that you are trying to impliment on our small business' (ie. giving out personal information, and having a waiting period), is absolutely ridiculous and horrible. I feel it is an infringement on all business' and their activities. You would not ask that of a major corporation so why should it be right that you ask it of the smaller ones?
