Hello, As a business owner, I do applaud the thrust and intent of the FTC proposed ruling. But I believe it is an unwarranted invasion of privacy for the ruling to require of business owners the following--a 7 day waiting period before a prospect registers in a business; a disclosure of past litigation; and a disclosure of financial records.
