To whom it may concern, I am excited about this upcoming law and would like to take this opportunity to make a few brief comments. I have been a Quixtar IBO for 4 years now. One of the things I like about this business opportunity is it's simplicity. We all know that simple is better. To me Quixtar represents a way for anyone with a dream and a vision to accomplish their goals, and not just monetary. However, when it comes to starting your Quixtar business it can be done for as little as $150, which is refundable should someone change their mind. I would ask that you remove a few of the cumbersome areas of the proposed draft. For example, a business such as ours is built on excitement. Making someone wait 7 days in order to register in this business is not acceptable. People need to be able to register immediately should they choose. Having to provide 10 references and a litigation list is also unnecessary. There are surely some companies out their with integrity issues, Quixtar is not one of them. I have been dealt with honestly and ethically since the day I got started. Quixtar is a phenomenal business run by great people. Please, take a page or two out of their business plan and code of ethics and use it in this upcoming new law. Thanks for listening, Casey & Jenifer Robison
