In response to the rough draft for the business opportunity rule, I quickly and very strongly oppose the rule. I am in favor for a level playing field that allows all people of all backgrounds, economic and social to have a business opportunity. I believe that everyone should be given an equal opportunity to succeed. They should have access to what the income possibilities are at any and all stages or levels within any given organization. The income at the various stages and levels should represent what all people within the organization are making. The business opportunity should not have to make any and all prospects to have to wait 7 days before they can be registered. The business opportunity should not have to provide prospects with past info on lawsuits. Integrity seems to be at the heart of all of this. Why not look at all the companies that exist, i.e. all business opportunities, and look at the heart of each organization. Those who are identified as ones where there is a track record or steady history of good behavior, as evidenced in how there business is run should not be penalized. From top down and from the bottom up. I know that all througout history, various men and organizations have been scrutinized very carefully, and the ones who always maintained a high level of integrity, always came out on top. It is my belief that once all this settles, those business opportunities who have integrity will come out on top. But, why penalize those who have clearly exhibited a high level of integrity to this point, for the sake of those few who have decided to approach business unscroupously. Why not penalize the few who have decided to do their own thing. I write this letter in response to the fact that I have taking advantage of an business opportunity with Quixtar. I have been involved with many business opportunities. Quixtar stands out head and shoulders above any other business opportunity. The leadership from the top down is absolutely incredible. The integrity, the code of ethics, the business principles they govern their business by is second to none. All you have to do is get around and one leader and in no time at all you can identify what kind of person they are and what kind of morals they govern their lives with. When I look to invest into a business opportunity, I examine what the leader stands for, and what they are against. What they beleive in or do not beleive in. What kind of person they are or are not. The future of any endeavor is directly or proportionately related to the leader. Without any shadow of a doubt, I know the leadership at Quixtar operates Quixtar with impeccable character and integrity. I also want to mention that I personally have invested into Quixtar. My company or business name is Crown Ambasadors Worldwide. My hope and prayer is that no one, including myself would have to be hindered in running our businesses because a few have gone astray. Thanks for your time, David Oliver
