We have been IBOs five plus years. We have met the goal of Ruby Platinum. Our next goal is to be at the Emerald level in Quixtar's fiscal year 2007. The Quixtar business fits into our overall lifestyle by creating passive income, time freedom, personal growth, solid business relationships and a strong family legacy. When we were registered we received more than enough information and resources to make an informed decision whether to engage in the Quixtar business model. When sponsoring others they are provided more than adequate information and encouraged to do proper due diligence to make an informed decision before registering as business owners. Through a specific follow up process all prospects are made aware of what they need to be willing to do to succeed in achieving their stated goals. The opportunity is not promoted as a get-rich-scheme but a two to four year plan that will require work and time like any real business venture. Our prospects are made to understand that though there is a proven system, a team concept, and the Quixtar infrastructure supporting their business, success is a result of their commitment to their goals. This information is provided through Quixtar accredited business support material, the Quixtar website and the business support team. Our prospects pay $45.00 as the initial registration fee and $96.00 for an optional product bundle plus shipping and handling. Our prospects have 30 days to have their registration fee rescinded and the standard Quixtar product money back guarantee. Our business system calls for an adequate exposure of this business plan as a possible solution to help a prospect achieve their stated goals, along with correct exposure of the SA4400 compensation plan. This exposure will always be followed by a "follow-up" meeting to answer questions, detail needed involvement & identify a prospects level of commitment to their success. In our business history in this environment, it's imperative that this be done in a reasonable & proven time frame of 48 to 72 hours, if at all possible. This creates a needed flow of remembered information that has been provided the prospect, needed momentum & critical use of our time in helping them move forward properly. Our business would definintely be affected adversely & would see no benefit by a 7 day waiting period. This would affect anyone's business by creating a loss of momentum near any given month's end who may be moving towards new brackets, costing them & their teams income potential. All new prospects are promoted & encouraged to attend an Introductory Business Meeting to see the model a second time if necessary & to meet their business support team & other IBO'S. A potential IBO is always encouraged to register where they feel most comfortable & best supported within the team. Providing a list of IBO's for them to contact is unnecessary & would result in those of us who have growing teams to be fielding numerous unnecessary & time consuming phone calls, creating a forced violation of our hard earned privacy. A litigation list proposal can in no way cover adequately what a "seller" is which means we would have to list every & all litigation involving Quixtar & every IBO nation wide. We are in a culture of litigation against everyone & everything, most without merit. The business support materials used in our team show the accredited SA4400 compensation plan stating the average monthly income as stated by Quixtar. The compensation plan is based on volume & percentages that can be shown in nearly limitless ways to create income. It is the individual IBO'S choice to structure his business in a way that best suits his stated goals & time frames. How would you make a disclosure of every example? My personal income from any business or source is private information. Yet, I freely choose to share what the compensation plan will pay as stated in the SA4400 at my stated & present pin level.
