Dear Madam or Sir: My name is Kathy Grinley, I'm 47, and have been an American Citizen since birth. I'm also a Xango distributor. I became involved in Xango because of the effectiveness of the product, the high code of ethics of the organization, and the intergrity of the founders, among other things. For the past 25 years, I have served humankind as a physical therapist and it has taken a toll on me physically. As a Xango drinker for 11 months now, I am stronger, healthier, and pain-free from arthritis and fibromyalgia that has plagued me many years and threatened my ability to practice PT. As a Xango distributor, I maintain the high standards of practice I have always followed as a health care professional. I am honest, law-abiding, and fair. The integrity of the Xango organization allows me to continue to work in this capacity, otherwise I would not have become involved in it. Fraud has threatened ALL types of companies for ages. Sadly, this can be the path many foolish and disgusting people take. However, that does not make all people fraudulent. We are blessed in the US with the ability to have our own businesses and to run them with dignity, honesty, integrity. And for those of us who do this, we should not be penalized because of those who are cheaters and liars. I beseech you to go after the fraudulent, but not the honest. The proposed ruling will cripple single mothers like me who want to be able to provide for their children by making a reasonable wage. The destruction of our privacy, calling on us to advertise our personal and private information will only allow for more identity theft, rape of women and children, and MORE of the crime you are trying to prevent. Why put us at risk for harm? I applaud you for looking out for our better interests and wanting to protect people from thieves. But your proposed ruling will ruin the honest law-abiding practices of those of us who are honest business women and men. Please allow us to continue to run our businesses as we have been. Please don't rob us of our freedom. Go after the bad guys, but let those of us who walk in integrity continue to do so. Otherwise you will crush free enterprise and the struggling citizens who want to make a difference in this world for their family and others. Thank you for taking the time to read my comments. God be with us all. Kathy Grinley, PT Independent Xango Distributor
