To whom it may concern: I have been involved with the Quixtar business since 1999. This has been one of the best things that I have done for my family. Through the income we have been able to earn, my wife is able to stay home with our three kids. We love this opportunity! I don't believe we need more government regulations. In response to the rule under consideration, R511933, why wouldn't you just inforce the rules that are already on the books. Why would you want to hinder the good businesses to weed out a few bad apples. Look at the company we keep. We represent people like Barnes and Noble, IBM, and Bass Pro Shop. Do you believe these companies would do business with a company that was doing things underhanded? Are these companies going to have to release there information to every potential IBO? I believe in an even playing field, but I DO NOT believe we need a rule to hinder the growth of our business. Thank you for considering my view point from an IBO on the front line. Best Regards, Joe Panzica
