The proposed Business Opportunity Rule would be detrimental to honest people and business practices of small businesses with integrity. The government continues to create an environment that makes it nearly impossible for the small business owner to operate. This country was founded on Free Enterprise and hard work. The government has done it's best to take away God and Free Enterprise from the people of this great nation with it's rules and regulations disquised to protect us from harm. Don't make the American Dream of owning a business nearly impossible by stating that this proposal is to make sure no one gets harmed. Don't insult our intelligence! Free Enterprise weeds itself out, we DO NOT need more "red tape" by Beaurocrats pretending to make sure we don't harm anyone! Start making rules that govern you from harming us. Then the people of this country could go forward and prosper. Prosecute illegal businesses with deceptive practices. Do what you are set up to do. Don't take away the American Dream. The people in our Quixtar business are of the highest moral character of anyone that we have ever been associated with. Quixtar continues to raise the integrity bar. We are better business people and citizens thanks to the Quixtar opportunity. We continue to grow personally as well. Many businesses and the FTC could benefit from the practices of Quixtar. Your new proposal would deprive many individuals an opportunity. Protect us from illegal, immoral, and unethical business practices but DO NOT deprive people of an opportunity due to "red tape."
