To Whom it may concern, I have been involved with Quixtar for 6 years. My husband and I have hit a high level in the business so I feel qualified to send a letter to you concerning the possible new rulings for organizations such as ours. My first thought is wouldn't it be great if all Colleges and Universities had to do the same, such as provide 10 graduates that had recently graduated, how much school debt they had incurred, and how much money they were making in their current job! I think that the best thing would be to have some integrity standards that these companies had to uphold such as showing they were'nt bankrupt or in law suits, but I think the rules of making someone wait 7 days (reminds me of China), provide 10 names of others that have built the business (would be great if surgeons had to do that), provide financial statements, etc sure seems to be extreme practices for a country that encourages free enterprise. I believe that these rules would cripple our businesses and I do hope that you would consider some other ideas. Thank you for your time in reading this. Sincerely, Hillary Tolmen
