This proposal may be thought out to be intended to protect potential business owners but has failed to realize that it complicates things and by no means protect people from a scam. As a new IBO of two months, it was my own decision to become an IBO through Quixtar. It was my responsibility to do the research myself if I wanted to pursue this opportunity of becoming a business owner; which I did. Quixtar provides all the information necessary about this business publicly on their website while updating all necessary information including informing us of this proposal. I disagree with this proposal 100%.
