I have been an IBO for several years now and I was always given accurate information, was informed that tools were optional, and feel I have never been misled. I provide all my potential IBOs and current IBOs with the same information, provide a literature pack at the time I show the plan, and encourage them to read it and come back to me with any and all questions. Potential IBOs meet my upline in a team meeting environment which I feel is perfect for references. I feel that the new proposal regarding that 10 references be given to an individual that has seen the plan is "over the top" and that giving out numbers and addressed can be dangerous and an invasion of privacy for my upline/references I provide. I also feel it is too much information to give to someone and that many times the people in which are showed the business plan are people that you have not known for very long and the trust factor is not yet there. I was able to meet my upline 1 week after signing up as an IBO and once I met them I was then able to call them for questions if need be. The other proposal for the proof of income is also #1-too much information, an invasion of privacy, and it is asking us to walk around with an upline's income statement. I feel this is unnecessary, especially if we as IBOs are being honest about the business plan, giving literature, and giving prospects the opportunity to meet others who have succeeded in the business. I have always operated my business in a legitamate, honest way and this is due largely in part to the fact that my upline was/is honest with me, therefore I never deviated from that way of operating. I will continute to operate my business in an honest way and provide prospects with information they need to make an educated decision and they will never be forced or misled to sign up as this would only be a negative to my business and also the Quixtar name. I would not want to tarnish such a wonderful business that has given me more than just an opportunity to make money, but has also given me the opportunity to dream again, to have hope for a brighter future, and to be able to have more choices in life. I hope this information will be taken into consideration. Thank you Marjorie Paganelli
