I think the propsed rules are a step in the right direction. I would like to see full earnings disclosures for all reps active and inactive. These disclosures should include actual dollar figures per year, percentage of reps at each level and average time to achieve those results all on the company's websites. This saves the reps paperwork and allows recruits to evaluate the opportunity before wasting a reps time. It also ensures the information is honestly disclosed for all potetntial business partners to see. No one will be able to say they didn't get the info. This kind of honest comprehensive disclosure will put an end to the ridiculous earnings claims of 100 grand to 1 million a year many of these scams put on the internet. I also believe these honest disclosures will keep these companies from claiming folks who lost money didn't work when in fact the pyramid pay structure dictated that 99% of the recruits must lose. Please see that comprehensive disclosures are required on all company's websites for the general public to view. No one takes a real job without knowing the salary!
