While i support an ongoing, honest effort to, at best, reduce the number of bogus franchise opportunities, i am also aware of ambiguous "legal" jargon that is left to whatever "agent's interpretation of "the law". Meaning, i as a legitimate independent business owner, run the risk of having my livliehood compromised by some judge who has a skewered understanding of independent business ownership and bonified scams. I personally do not trust any form of government intervention pertaining to the regulation of my right to pursue financial independence, but due to the schennanigans of a small minority, i have to be subjected to the forseable targeting campaign, in the name of "justice". If this proposed legislation does go beyond it's current state of progress, i am demanding the language used in this proposal is clear and concise so as to not be left to "individual interpretation, because ambiguity is fertile ground for personal agendas cloaked under the blanket of "legal".
