I am a successful Quixtar IBO of 16 years. Rewards from this business far exceed the income we generate. We receive practical information on how to build this business and we in turn teach others. A small start-up investment of $200 and approximate annual overhead of $3,000 this business can meet most everyone's need as a source of income. Our business model and professional presentation negates the need for the requirement of a 7-day waiting period, the need to provide references, earnings disclosures and financial substantiation. The proposed rules as stated are detrimental.
