To whom it may concern, i have been an independant business owner with quixtar.com for 5 yrs now, i am deeply concerned about some of the proposed rules, some of these rules, if past would deeply cripple my own and every other IBO building a quixtar business. for example, in the past 5 yrs, for me personely i havent been building my business until this last january when i felt like i wanted to,it wouldnt be very fair to business owners like myself to have to diclose personel financial info about our businesses for prospective IBO's to view, im not making as much money yet, like i would be if i had been building it for a full 5 yrs. I dont see were this would have any positive impact in helping a new prospective IBO decide if this is a legal business or a good oppritunity. Also, when i was registered,i was given more than enough information about the company, the average income of an IBO how to get ahold of better business burrow, if i wanted to information on all the people directly afiliated with me in my support team, and they also took me and let me meet all of these people personaly. therefor, when i personly register a new IBO or assist in helping register a new IBO,i strongly believe in giving the new prospect all of the same info, and all updated info possible to assist them in making an informed decisssion. including letting them meet all of there support team. I also make sure that every person i work with understands that this is going to take alot of work and effort, u cant get rich over night with this, but if you apply yourself, you can make a great income. I also let them know that if there not satisfied with things that they can get a complete refund on all money they spent to start there business, no strings attatched,we register people for $130.00 of which 60.00 of that is an optional product pack. Because of what we already do, i dont feel that the proposed laws will be of any possitive use. 7 day waiting period. this really wouldnt have any use to a new IBO, because if they have to wait 7 days to get registered, then they have to wait an additional 7 days to register a freind or family member that wants to be in business with them then that onley punishes the new guy, then that new person has to wait 7 day to do anything and so on and so on, this would onley criple the new IBO's potential to start making money. really wheres the good in this? as i have explained above,we already give the new prospect an abundance of information about the company and opritunity,a 7 day waiting period wouldnt be of any benifite in helping them make an informed desision. PROVIDING REFERENCES Honestly, this would would be extremly unfair to the individual that is working hard to build a business from the ground floor, to go to the trouble of contacting a person, driving to meet the person, onley to have that prospect look at the reference sheet provided, and decide to get into business with one of the other people on that list because of popularity, or income status. Not to mention, this would be a direct invasion of my personel privacy and all others on that list! LITIGATION LIST How could this be any benifite to the new prospect, isnt that what the BETTER BUSINESS BURROW is for. besides, how would they know if it was a fraudulant claim or a legit one? I feel that people need to be informed first before they make a decission, so they can make an informed desission. this is very important, thats why we give all the information that we do, like the SA-4400 (average income for IBO's) informative CD's and books,Brochures about the company a web site to go look at, seminars to come and get informed the people they associate with while inbetween times, we feel that if we dont inform them that can hurt our business as well, but we dont need a 7 day waiting period to do that,or a financial disclosure, thank you for all your support, in making america a better place to do business.
