We have been an Independent Business Owner (IBO) since 1993 and plan to continue as long as we're alive and then will it to our heirs. Our two daughters are also involved and they know this is our life, this is what we do. Not only have we benefited financially, but also through personal growth, even spiritual growth through the people we're associated with. It's become more that just a way to make money, it has molded us to become better people. In times of war and violence it has given us hope for a brighter future. When sitting at a function with people from around the world striving for a common goal are sitting next to you, it let's you know we can live together in peace and help one another rather than fight and destroy. Not being involved in this you may feel my thoughts naive, but would you kill someone on your team helping you to become financially free? I understand rules and guidelines need to be made, but I ask that you work closely with the Independant Business Owners Association International (IBOAI) in setting this standard. I personally feel the rules as stated would deter 98% chance of any business growth in our group. Quixtar already divulges all income possibilities. The first exposure to the plan tells the prospect it's not a get rich quick scheme, a cheap buying club, & you get paid for your efforts, it's not a free ride. If I had to wait 7 days before registering I'd lose my excitement, & I registered most of my prospects at the peak of my excitement! If I were out making contacts and had to give them a list of 10 others involved, what would stop them from going with someone else on the list? I'd be doing the leg work & others would benefit unjustifiably. Nor would I want to be on someone elses "list". I think I should decide who knows what I'm doing. And as for the law suits, if I had enough money I could file a handful of cases against any corporation that could deter any prospect, & the cases could be meritless! We provide SA4400 forms, give prospects the web address to the better business bureau, the attorney general, they can Google whatever they want anyway, so I feel the prospect is well informed when they register. Also, Quixtar will refund 100% of their registration fee if they change their mind for whatever reason. I once had a girl register with product, realized she was short on money for the week and cancelled her registration the next day, and Quixtar refunded her money and let her keep the product! As for substantiating our income, we tell the prospect what they can make at different levels of the business, but not what we personally make. That could be misleading, as no prospect could put forth the EXACT level of effort as we do, so they could make more or less than us. We provide the info as to how it works, it's up to them to provide the effort to make it work, and we make sure they comprehend that prior to registration. So in short, I request that we not require a 7 day waiting period, no list of references, no court records, and no financial records disclosed. Thanks for hearing me out!
