I am a newly registered IBO. I was reviewing the proposal and one major point stuck in my mind. Are these types of regulations and stipulations placed upon other private franchising businesses? And to my knowledge the answer is no. So then would it be fair to me and my business? I don’t think it would. I understand a lot of people are upset with our organization as a whole and that a few select groups of IBO's have given the wrong impression to many, but am I to suffer for their mistakes? I greatly appreciate all you are doing to weed out the unethical businesses and assure that reputable company's have more freedom to build their franchises. I would however like to state that I see all aspects of the proposal unfair and unrealistic. Simply, there has to be a better way to resolve these issues. As a new IBO I would be overwhelmed if this went in to effect and I think I speak for all others when I say that. Thank you for your time and consideration.
