In response to the proposed rulemaking for the buisness opportunity rule, let me say that this rulemaking would place handicaps on our business that would pretty much threaten our ability to continue doing business. Our corportation, Alticor Corp. is all about a fair playing field. These proposed rulings would make this free enterprise anything but free. This business provides us with about the only option to create additional income. Please reconsider the proposal. In my opinion, it would do far more damage than good.
