Dear Sir/Madam: I am glad that the FTC wants to assure only legal businesses are operated out of the home. My husband and I have had a successful Quixtar business for over 20 years. It has been a great business for us, our family, and our community. On the current proposals, I have a few ideas. 7 day wait- I believe that this isn't necessary. How would you regulate it? The best way is to over a 100% money back guarantee. References- With a business as ours, local references aren't near as important as the people with whom he/she would actually be working. We always give information on our sponsors and mentors. Litigation list - Litigation is done with people who are dissatisfied with a person. Why make my business more difficult when I have not had any litigation against me or my business? Specific earnings- Quixtar has a SA4400 which we are required to give to any prospect. What else is needed? Personal earnings - Why would I share my earnings with a potential business partner? Isn't it personal? The SA4400 show specifically how much a person makes at any level. Thank you for your interest in making the US a great place to own your own business. Sincerely, Jill Berning
