I have been a IBO in the Quixtar business for about 12 years. I have succeded in the business according to the work that I have put in. Beside the money that I have made, the mentorship and leadership and standards of success that have been taught is priceless. When I registred I had all the information that I needed, and I give the Prospect that I am talking to all the information that he needs or wants. I explain to them that this is not a "get rich quick" program and that it is going to take work. If they will follow the system that is in place they will have a successful business. If they use it as a social club or hobby it can be expensive. My average prospect spends about $150-$200 to register and he is made known that it is fully refundable for 6 months. I see no need for a 7 day waiting period because we have a full money back guarantee. If you have to give the prospect a list of 10 other IBOs this, I believe is violating there privicy, also one of those IBO's could possibality "steal" that prospect from you. I see no reason to disclose a detail of earnings. I provide each prospect with a disclosure sheet stating the average monthly gross income of IBO's and all of the numbers that was discussed in the plan. So the prospect has that information and if they want to they can figure out in detail what there income would be. We don't give out the info. of our salary on the job when we talk with some one about going to work for us. As for disclosing the "Litigation List". No one goes and airs their "dirty Laundry" just so. Also how many of the prosposed cases are true or false. and how were they settled. I do believe that some rules need to be made to give everyone a even playing field requiring clear, simple and standardized income disclosures that applys to all direct sellers. Every direct sales company should have some kind of reasonable cancellation policy. Thanks for listening to my comments Jim Arnemann
