I do feel that there should be some rules to the Home-based business opportunities. All should offer a one-year money-back policy. All should provide credible references (the opportunity not the independant business owners). As far as the misrepresentation of independant business owners income, if there is a mandatory one-year money-back guarantee, it should take care of the problem. People do need to be as adults should and be a little responsible for actually looking at the literature, websites and references provided to them. There should never be a waiting period unless the person that is looking at an opportunity is mentally incapable of understanding information that has been provided to them. This not a 357 magnum being sold, it is an opportunity, I understand the waiting period on a handgun but not an opportunity. Sincerely, Edward Burris
