In response to the proposed rule of Business Opportunity I would like to state my opinions. I feel that a level playing field should be created by requiring clear, simple and standardized income disclosures that apply to all direct sellers. A reasonable cancellation policy should be provided. However, I believe that a seven-day waiting period before a prospect could register is NOT something that should be required. I also believe that it should NOT be a requirement that IBO references be provided to prospects or disclosure of past litigation. I further believe that financial records should NOT be disclosed to prospects. This business is Free Enterprise and should be kept that way. It's what this country was formed on and we want to see that continue.
