Thank you for taking time to make sure the American people are protected against fraud. Many so called business opportunities are out and about giving a bad name to good practices like Quixtar.I have personally been involved (or scammed) by some so called opportunities. Since I have found Quixtar.com we have been pleased by the efforts we have taken and the corporation to maintain good practices. Ethics are a vital part of our organization and I thank you for making others to stand up to our standards. We are very careful to make sure that "prospects" are aware of the work and time it will involve to become a success in our business. We make sure not to make claims or statments that are not true and accurate. Thank you for making others do the same. As for a waiting period: My question is why? We offer a complete money back offer that stands true for months after a person "joins" the business. Isn't that the right thing to do? As far as past litigation: First of all, what does the past or people of the past have to do with our present and our success? If it meant that every person applying for a job should be made aware of all past litigation or made to wait a week to start work, that would severley limit the person to begin a successful start. Besides, we make available for ALL people our trancparency and ethical standards. Please, don't let the bad behavior of others stand in the way of honest hard working Americans, like those involved in Quixtar.com Thank you very much for your time.
