My husband and I have been Independent Business Owners with Quixtar as our supplier for 20 months. We have been able to help several people start profitable franchises in that time. We have been able to help these people meet their financial goals and improve their standard of living through our investment of time and resources. Our next goal is to continue to help many more people start franchises and work towards becoming financially freestanding and eliminate their debt though our caring and honest commitment to their success. Our franchise model fits into a busy lifestyle that includes full time employment outside our business efforts. The benefits this business model offers are far outnumbering the monetary rewards. Through the educational opportunities my husband and I have improved our minds and spirits and have become better individuals who are much closer to achieving out full potential as contributors to our economy and as citizens as a whole. We could never have achieved the success in so many areas of our lives without the guidance of our educational team. When we registered to become Independent Business Owners with Quixtar as our supplier we were given more than enough information to make an informed business decision. When we sponsor any new business partners we do everything in our power to make sure they will be as informed as possible about their decision. We also are very clear on what is necessary to succeed in a business franchise such as ours. We are very upfront about time and monetary commitments as well as the level of participation in our optional educational system it will take to succeed. We are very clear to our prospects the effort we have put into our franchise to get it to the earning stage it is in. The franchise owners that we sponsor are extremely educated on the processes and time it takes to make a franchise like ours work. Our franchise owners realize that this is a long term project that may require years of effort to produce the types of results they expect as opposed to “getting in” to a “get-rich-quick-scheme”. Our prospects typically pay the minimum amount to become registered Independent Business Owners, which is approximately $40.00. They can get back any money they spend to register. The seven-day waiting period is unfair to a business model like ours. This 7-day period would not only effect the first sponsoring IBO but would effect any sponsoring that would happen for our prospects. The fact that we offer a full refund of any start up registration costs is intended to eliminate the issue of re-evaluation of personal goals or changing mindsets toward our business model. Providing references is an unnecessary requirement as well. Our prospects have the opportunity to meet more than 10 current business owners through our sponsoring process, which includes meeting our business team before they are registered. They have the opportunity to meet current business owners face-to-face and talk with them before and after we present our business plan to them. This is a part of our process and allows prospects to delve into the opinions of experienced franchise owners before they register. We do much better than provide references – we actually provide the real-live people! Asking anyone to disclose personal financial records is a violation of personal privacy. The fact that we disclose our actual monthly earnings to our prospects and show them copies of our checks is our option that we gladly open up about but to force a person to divulge this information seems unfair and in poor taste. We want to help other people who want to better themselves through their own hard work, help people get on the path to successful living and contribute to society in general and America as a whole. We are in a business of showing people how to help themselves through improving their self-image, education and reaching out and helping others in need. Our company has taken every precaution to ensure that no one is being taken advantage of, that everyone has every opportunity to truly succeed, and I would not give up the rewards I have received from helping others succeed for all the money in the world. Thank you
