Comments:
I wish to express my extreme displeasure with this proposed rulemaking. I have been in business for less than a year, and am making over a thousand a month in my spare time. This ruling would severly effect myself and my family. Some of the proposals would simply cripple a legitimate business like I am involved in. In particular, giving a prospect 10 other names of other business owners who are in the same business; and giving a prospect a list of all lawsuits where anyone ALLEGED fruad? I am also in the restaurant business. Suppose I tell every customer about ten other resaurants in town and then refer them to a handout that states all of the lawsuits that our chain has had filed against it before they order? Sounds foolish doesn't it? I have put my sweat and tears into my business, and you are attempting to ruin everything myself and thousands of others have built. I also have a difficult time believing that requiring me to give a prospect PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION is even legal! This is lawmaking at its most meddling and at its worst. Please reconsider before you crush the work and dreams of people like myself.
