I just want my comments to be short and sweet. I'm opposed to this prospective rule concering business opportunities. This will be a great down fall to our economy. This new rule will cause major problems in my business. I am truthful and upright. I don't want the effects of a couple of rotten apples to ruin my business. So please, vote no on this. Thank you.
