Comments:
The proposed Business Opportunity Rule creates an undue restraint on the small businessman. While I am fully aware of the dangers some marketers bring to the consumer, fortunately the bad guys make up a very small percentage of the total. I urge the congress to soften the proposed rules for the smaller marketers in particular.
