To whom it concerns, I support the fact the FTC should be cracking down on illegitimate business opportunities for lying and ripping people off. However, I do not support every detail of the proposed rule currently in progress. My thoughts for the rule are as follows: -Should create a level playing field by requiring clear, simple, and standardized income disclosures that apply to all direct sellers. -Should provide a reasonable cancellation policy. -Should NOT require a seven-day waiting period before a prospect could register. -Should NOT require IBO references be provided to prospects or disclosures of past litigation. (this truly proves nothing of value) -Should NOT require financial records to be disclosed to prospects. I appreciate you taking the time to hear my voice and I applaude your efforts to clean up the open market for scams and illegitimate business conduct.
