dear sir, i feel the quixtar opportunity should not be listed under your new rules because the compensation plan has been around for 40 years and proven not to be a pyramid or scam. people can also receive their registration fee back within 30 days and still keep their products. this is also an opportunity to receive cash back from purchases people need or want even if they didn't take advantage of the business aspect. the web site surves those that also can't get around as easy or don't want to fight traffic. The Past History Of This Compensation Plan And Business Model Should Justify Its Fairness And Creditability.
