Many of these new rules are detrimental to legitimate MLM companies. Illegal MLM companies are dissolved later on anyway because of many reasons such as training, product quality and non-uniqueness, misrepresentation of data/fraud, and so on. I understand the desire to protect the public from scams and illegal companies, but are more laws neccessary? Why not an FTC educational guide to choosing the best MLM company based on pre-existing laws?
