There should be clear concise information by all businesses. this should include a reasonable cancellation time period. however this law definitely should not require a seven day waiting period before someone could register- this would serve no purpose and put an undue burden on our industry- this is adqeduately covered by a grace cancellation policy. we should not have to produce financial records to be disclose- standardized income disclosures that apply to all direct sellers would cover this
