I wish to go on record stating that I feel the FTC proposed business opportunity rule (CFR Citation 16 CFR Part 437) is unfair and unwarranted, and could seriously jeopardize personal privacy. In addition, I feel it could potentially create a horrendous amount of obnoxious mail or calls from competitors or others who would have access to our names, addresses, etc. I feel the proposal is extremely unfair, ridiculous, and should not pass. I would like my rights as a private entrepreneur to be protected, not taken away.
