I have been in Partylite for 8 years on and off. I feel this would negatively impact my very successful business. With having started my business in Tucson in 1998, and moving here to Florida in 2001, I remain in a different Region and lineage than the consutants and leaders here in the Tampa Bay area. I do not know the 10 closest consultants and would not be able to comply with this I think also if prospective consultants were to get this imformation, why should they sign with me who might live 30 miles away when there is a consutatnt down the street? Also, if the closest consultant says her leader is great she could want to sign with the person and not me! If my prospective consultant wants to work the business full time, and the 10 closest only work part time how can she compare hours and success? She needs referrals of people in her same situation. If she is a teacher, she should speak to teachers, singe Mom shoud speak with similar consultants. The 7 day wait period would slow down the consultants rapid sucess rate. Partylite has a buy back policy that handles the unsuccessful or dropout consultants. I beleive these new regulations would seriously impact my income and ability to support myself. I respectfully request that this reguation be revised in some other way.
