Please consider the suggested changes the quixtar corporation has asked you to make to your proposed rule. I have Ibo's where there is not 10 individuals in our line of sponsorship in their area! there are not 10 in my area, and asking people from other organizations or LOS's to provide a positive reference and not to poachis a diffucult thing to do. Waiting 7 days to sign up is also detrimental. Most people are so excited by this opportunity they go tell everyone they know and get discouraged with out the proper guidance. in seven days all the hope and excitement initally sparked in people by a true opportunity could be completely squelched by negative individuals or simply time. sharing financial records is not a good thing either, as I have a small fledgling business and if people were to look at my income it could be discouraging. rather the use of conservative averages based on levels of acheivement should be and are currently in use. thank you for your time. I applaud the level playing feild you are trying to make and the bogus systems your are working to disprove. but those of us working in a very proven and upstanding system shouldn't be penalized in the process of public protection.
