I would like to make a view comments concerning my Quixtar business and this proposal. I've been an I.B.O. (independant business owner) for approx. four years. The experience has been unmatchable. I initially set a goal to make my business profitable, was successful when I made the effort. I've learned so much more in growing my business than just earning a good paycheck. I've learned how to be a better manager of both time and money. It's been reinforced in my mind that age old thing, You never get something for nothing.I also learned that in this business, you do get paid in direct proportion to your effort I wish that were true for all business. When I was presented this business opportunity, It was explained as a business that required a lot of work and a minimal investment ($200.) most of which is money back.I can work hard and with the Quixtar team work smart, I loved it and still do.I was given a good business overview and earnings potential. I was shown in the presentation that there was no signing bonus, and that the only way money can be made is by helping the new prospect make money. Each of our time is valuable so the better a new prospect understands the business plan the more likely he will become successful.I make every effort to present my business plans the same as I was shown. One of the things that impressed me most when I was getting started was the high moral standards of the Quixtar organization and it's IBO's. I pass that on as well as best as I can. On review of some of the proposals, I am concerned with the 10 references point, It seems to me we all have enough problems with various identity theft issues and privacy issues, I think the risks are much greater than the rewards. I don't feel those types of reference are necessary or fair. As far as providing all legal activity to a prospect,If it were embarrasing the types of fly by njght businesses your trying to regulate would probably not adhere to the rule anyway. We would not be embarased by our records, but that type of detail would be stifling to the prospect and to business growth. I hope I've given a little insite on my feelings concerning the proposals. I truly believe the Quixtar organization makes every effort to be open and truthfull in all efforts to build the IBO business. Thanks, Stephen L Richards (I.B.O.)
