I am extremely concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I believe that in its present form, it could prevent me and many of my team members from successfully operating our businesses as direct sellers of Tastefully Simple products. I understand that your mission is to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts or practices. However, some of the sections in the proposed rule will make it very difficult for us to sell Tastefully Simple products and help others start Tastefully Simple businesses of their own. On behalf of myself and my team members, I urge you to reconsider this proposal.
