I have been in and out of this industry for 20 years and am currently working with a phenonmenal company named Xango. With a $35 application fee (viritually no risk), I have been able to match my full-time income working Xango part-time in one year's time. What a gift to our family! These new proposals of 7 day waiting periods, 10 local references etc, will only hinder our business. We don't have these requirements when we purchase $3000 TV's, $40,000 automobilies etc. I also think there is a privacy issue concerning the references. It is through EDUCATION, not REGULATION that people learn, grow and fortify their instincts. Millions are Americans are joing the ranks of entrepreneurs to help their families by bringing in additional income but more importantly, it is the growth as a person that is the true benefit of this industry. Entrepreneurship does something for all of us as individuals. We use our weath to empower the things we care about and therefore everyone's life becomes richer. Please hear us! There is much more good being done in people's lives through this industry than harm. Educate, don't regulate! Thank you for your time, Susan Sprouse
