I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. Itruly believe that as it is currently worded, it could prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Tastefully Simple products. I realize that your mission is to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts or practices. However, some of the sections in the proposed rule will make it very difficult for me to sell Tastefully Simple products and help others start Tastefully Simple businesses of their own. We live in a fast paced world and because of that, our families are significantly influenced, whether we like to admit it or not. We need to step back and realize that it is because of such opportunities given to us from companies such as Tastefully Simple, that we can have it all. This allows me to stay home with my three small boys and focus on rearing them properly and still feel like I can contribute to my family financially.
