I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. The FTC does a fine job of protecting us from deceptive acts, however I feel this proposal will cause more harm to home based business owners than it will help protect the public from unfair practices. The seven day waiting period that is being proposed creates a large burden on me. It also gives the impression that we are doing something that is not proper. Our family relies on my income to pay our bills. Should this proposal pass, my opportunity as a business owner becomes much more difficult. Tracking my contacts and selling our Tastefully Simple products will become extremely difficult. Thank you for considering my opinions. I look forward to a positive resolve for everyone.
