To Whom It May Concern: My wife and I have been involved with the Quixtar business opportunity, under the mentorship of the World Wide Dreambuilders Organization, since 1994. Initially I was skeptical about the money claims made by my sponsor and upline. The possibility to make $40,000 to $50,000 a year on part-time effort, when I was making less at my job working fulltime was difficult to believe. We initially got involved to purchase products for personal use at a discount. After attending several informational meetings and training meetings, meeting many professionals and listening to various CDs, I realized that the Quixtar opportunity is a legitimate opportunity. The opportunity to make the stated income in the mentioned period is true, as long as one follows the business training model. We have found that this training model was presented to us during the investigation of the opportunity, and it still is the case for new prospects. Over the last 12 years, I have noticed that Quixtar and the management team of World Wide Dreambuilders, has decreased the cost registration and tools available to prospects and Independent Business Owners, while increasing the opportunity to make money at the same levels. I believe that Quixtar and World Wide Dreambuilders already provides more than sufficient information to prospects to make a decision on this opportunity. Requiring a waiting period or the need to provide additional income verification would add unecessary documentation and waiting period. Sincerely, Garcia
