Dear Sirs; I respectfully ask you to reconsider the harsh and unreasonable disclosers you are intending to levy on Quixtar IBO's. Whenever we show the business plan, the prospect already receives a document with the average monthly incomes that IBO's receive. They are already going into the business with complete and adequate information to make that business decision. In addition to that, they receive a 6 month guarantee that they can return their start up kit for a refund. The proposed restrictions that you are considering will in effect put most of us out of business. It will be almost impossible to provide that level of discloser to the prospect. With the internet, they already have access to all levels of information, both good and bad. I don't understand why you would put such a burden on us that would make it more or less impractical to even bother to start, much less pursue a career with the Quixtar Corporation. From a practical standpoint, a new IBO already receives more than sufficient disclosers and information to make a reasoned and prudent business decision. And again, the 6 month return policy I mentioned above. As you know, every organization has its critics. These people are under no restrictions to say or do almost anything negative to hurt our businesses. They post web sites and blogs and say hurtful and sometimes terrible things about us. Much of which is exaggerated or blatantly isn’t true. We already deal with that on a daily basis with every prospect. Any additional burdens you place on us would be unbearable. These proposed burdens would seriously hurt our businesses. For me specifically, I have put many years of hard work into building my business in order that I can have something to leave to my children. If you decide to place these burdens on us, you will effectively put me and many others out of business. Those years I've invested would be wasted and that would be a terrible thing to do. I would then have almost nothing to leave to my children. Please do not make it harder for us to conduct business. Most of us already do all we can to conduct ourselves with a high degree of integrity. Quixtar Corporation is already very aggressive in correcting anyone who conducts themselves in an unethical or unprofessional manor that reflects negatively to our business. Please reject these proposed changes. Respectfully, Steve Gable
