I do not think that the 7 day waiting period is needed. From the time we first sit down with a prospect and show an overview, they come out to a business seminar/meeting, and then we follow up with them, this is usually more then a 7 day time period. The names of references is also not needed. Instead a prospect is given a better opportunity then a piece of paper! They are invited out to the business class where they can meet about 100 IBO's on average and other people looking into the Quixtar opportunity! They have a chance to speak with the IBO's directly instead of reading some piece of paper. They are sent home with a full packet of information to help them make their decision and have time to do their own research if they so choose. When they come to the business class they can't get started that night and have to book a time to do so. They have plenty of time to make an educated decision and do not need us (IBO's) to give them any paper of law suits, etc. filed against Quixtar. If they feel they need that info. they will have time to find it on their own. When a person goes into a company for an interview you do not ask them for a piece of paper with any lawsuits filed against them. Every successful company has most likely had lawsuits brought against them and most educated people simply just understand this fact. I do not feel any of these possible new requirements will benefit the potential IBO's in any positive way. The process we already have in place is much more beneficial to them!
