In addressing the proposed disclosure of earnings of the Business Opportunity Rule, you will always find that some workers are making more money than others - for many different & valid reasons. I do not believe that disclosing earnings evidence that a company is being truthful - as in many cases they are not providing accurate information. I also believe that waiting 7 days when one is ready to move forward with their work committment is ridiculous. If one is hired as an hourly worker they most likely begin right away. Why should this work opportunity be any different? It may only cause doubt as to why the wait, the new employ will lose enthusiasm, question his decision as being right, etc. There is no need for this detour. Do not hamper the individual's freedom of choice here - small businesses come in many forms and this is what our country was built upon - freedom to express individuality, to prosper & be independent while futhering good for others! Sincerely, Twila Giddings Moreno Valley, CA
