I am concerned about the details of the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. In its present form, it could easily prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Tastefully Simple gourmet food products. I understand that your mission is to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts or practices. However, some sections in the proposed rule will make it very difficult for me to sell Tastefully Simple products and especially help others easily start Tastefully Simple businesses of their own (for less than $500 to enter the business).
