Sir, After reading your proposed regulation, it is my view that the proposal if approved will cripple our business. Increase the cost of doing business and make presenting and offering the bussiness opportunity cumbersome and challenging. I think if people's enterprenueral spirits are going to be honored and encouraged as an American, a rule making it easy for prospects to cancel their participation and get refunded easily will be enough to protect both the prospects as well as families who have spent years building a vialble business.
