Dear Federal Trade Commission, My experience with Quixtar has been great. It has provided me a great support with website, customer service, income-system, rules, ethic and morality they carry. A year ago, my best friend got involved in the business and the reason I joined was because of him and as I studied what Rich and Jay had put together, I couldn't have found anything better as to creating a side income to secure my finance. The proporsal you made, I believe this is to keep the good business around and bad ones wiped out, simply, to regulate better. Now, showing Litigation list to the prospects would certainly, in a common sense, give a negative impression about the business, whether litigation itself is true or not. The point is, I think it's GOOD to show the list but how do ordinary people with a good knowledge on lawsuit think of litigation? You will have to provide some disclaimer as to litigation has no set of true value, and then we're willing to provide all the truth to the prospects. Otherwise, just merely showing and providing litigation list isn't going to do any good to GOOD business models such as Quixtar, and other business models coming behind us. May god bless all the honest and integral business prosper. Aki Kimura IBO
