There are two proposals regarding registering new people into the Quixtar Business. Neither make much sense. 1. The seven day delay can not be policed. How would you know? The best way is to ensure the person can get their money back during the seven day period. If the person wasn't informed of the seven day period, he/she could petition to get the money back for an extended peirod. You can police that. You could have the new member sign and date a disclosure statement to ensure he/she was aware of the period. This works. The seven day delay doesn't work. 2. Most Business Builders don't know 10 other people in their area. Furthermore, they are the competition. What other business has to give the client the name of 10 competitors before closing the deal. This is nuts. Furthermore, if the person wants to get out of the contract they have entered into, there are already procedures in place allowing them to do that. We don't need additional rules on this point, at least not in Quixtar. Sincerely, Timothy Law
