As an independent business owner I understand and appreciate the need for better control of this industry. During my past 10+ years involvement in this business I too have see many shady practices but can honestly say that Worldwide Dreambuilders has always taken the high road and has seriously discouraged any misconduct. As opposed to passing regulations that would significantly hamper honest small business owners I suspect your efforts could more effectively achieve the desired outcome by weeding out unscrupulous organizations and individuals. I request you consider regulations that would require organizations to receive FTC approval prior to any recruitment and to require the use of only approved marketing materials when recruiting or sharing the business opportunity. With money back guarantees and approved sponsoring materials, a 7-day waiting period, litigation disclosure, individual reference should not be required, as they will only negatively impact honest people.
