R511993 I became an Independant Business Owner on September 25, 2004. Since then I have had no grievences against any other IBO. I was supplied everything I needed to make my decision, and so far havent had any problems getting the information I need. I also strive to provide my prospects with the same information, and assistance. Through our business plan and through association and mentoring you can easily see that this is not a "get-rich-quick" scam. We also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if a prospect decides that they no longer wish to be an IBO they get their money back, and get to keep any start-up materials as well as a 100% product satisfaction on returnable items. The people on our team are people of character and integrity, and our businesses shouldnt be penalized. This proposa lshould help the IBO and prospect alike....and I agree with the idea of it. However there are areas that to me seem slightly extreme. Such as the seven day waiting period....its funny it only takes 72 hours to get a firearm but 168 hours to start a business. Not that im advocating changes in gun control laws. I give my prospects as much time as they desire. Some prospects may only need a few hours to make an educated decision.... some may ask for a little while longer. Also, I dont feel its needed to provide prospects with personal information of other IBO's. Thats what the our meetings are for. We invite prospects to a seminar type meeting where they are provided with a presentation, testimonies, and different materials. They get to meet an entire team of IBO's face to face. My privacy, is important to me. Not to mention we dont require references from prospects as do employers. This also sets the stage for a rare situation of prospect stealing from other IBO's. My home phone number is given to all of my prospects, if they desire to speak to other IBO's they can do so at the meetings. Also, Comparing incomes is, in my opinion, unhealthy for business, however if asked my income from my business by a prospect I will tell them the exact amount of my last month, and explain to them how and why it was made. As well as, the fact that they arent limited by what I make...what they make is dependant on their individual businesses performance. In Closing, I feel that parts of this proposal will merely create aggrivation, and not prevent fraud or establish fairness for prospects. However, I do feel safeguards need to be made to keep the few bad apples from ruining the basket. Thank you for your time, consideration, and service to our nation. God bless. Jordan S. Wilson Independant Business Owner
